There is no event that is too small. We have creative minds to carry out your vision and desire. If you do not see your type of event listed below, please inquire within.

• Private Party - birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, reunion, showers, and memorials
• Themed Parties - inquire within for a list
• Charitable Events - fundraisers, thank you celebrations, and honorable mentions
• Weddings - full coordination from day 1, engagement party, Day of coordinating, rehearsal dinners, reception, and hospitality accommodations

In planning an event there are many details. The following are details of planning that we are willing and ready to help you with: theme, event design, decor, invitations/save the dates (electronic and paper), food, drink, entertainment, flowers, photographer, videographer, transportation, permits, specialty rentals, location selection, and many more. If there is a detail not listed above that you would like 1st Choice Occasions to implement, please do not hesitate to ask.

Packages/Rates

• Bronze - This package is "Day of Planning" Only. We would coordinate the day of festivities and work with all other vendors.
• Silver - This package is the "One Month Countdown." We would coordinate last minute details such as scheduling last payments to vendors, getting final counts to the venue, Day of timeline for the Event, as well as the previous package.
• Gold - This package is perfect for the person who is "Running out of Time" or "Feeling Overwhelmed". This would entail six months or less prior to your event of planning and coordination. We would assist you in firming up a timeline of events to come, following up with vendors or assisting in selecting them, ensuring that invitations are sent out on time and rsvp's tracked properly, in addition to the previous packages offered.
• Platinum - This package is the "We do it all! Special. We would encourage you to envision your day and put us to work to execute those desires. We will organize the largest of details such as venue selection and date, down to the littlest of details such as gifts, parking, and budgets. This package is all inclusive and includes all of the previous packages above.
